Yeastern Cape Home Brew Fest
On the 30th April 2018 Yeastern Cape Brewers hosted the 2018 version of the Home Brew Fest. Proudly sponsored and hosted by Richmond Hill Brewing Company RHBC. It was thanks to Niall Cook for his contribution to the event and arranging of the judging and all other logistics. There were 18 brewers who together brewed 44 different beers and pledged over 1000 litres of the finest home brewed beers.
Milkshake IPA
The India Pale is, quite possibly, the most popular and versatile craft beer style in America. Developed to exploit the preservative qualities of hops and alcohol, and used to supply British troops in the late 1700s, the IPA has taken on a whole new life in the early 21st century under the creative supervision of adventurous brewers.
